Wollongong Children's Continence
Clinic
PHILOSOPHY
We provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment program for children with toileting problems, based on the individual needs of the child and family, in a child friendly atmosphere.

OVERVIEW
We follow the guidelines of the International Children's Continence Society for assessment and treatment of:
-
Urinary incontinence, urgency and frequency (Daytime wee problems)
-
Primary and secondary nocturnal enuresis (Bedwetting)
-
Faecal incontinence (Encopresis/soiling)
-
Constipation
-
Toilet refusal
-
Toddler toilet training
We have the same assessment equipment as Westmead Children's Hospital Outpatient Continence Clinic - Uroflow and Bladder Scanner.
Both the physical and psychological aspects of a child's problem are taken into account.
Specialising in dealing with children with all kind of bowel and bladder problems for over 30 years, Dr Margaret Perrott, is happy to see children from 2 to 17 years of age.
